The Career Opportunities Committee presents the 2022 Mentoring Symposium. This three-part symposium will focus on Navigating and Overcoming Career Obstacles. The goal is to provide instruction and advice on how to navigate interpersonal situations and develop leadership skills, both as a mentor and mentee.

Part 2 of this symposium will cover Career Interruptions. Dr. Jennifer Pollock is an Endowed Professor in the Department of Medicine at University of Alabama at Birmingham and President of the American Physiological Society. This session will include discussion on the different types of career interruptions and strategies to help navigate these interruptions.
