APS Annual Meeting at Experimental Biology

Pulmonary Vascular Endothelial Therapeutic Targets for Cardio-Pulmonary Diseases

Featured Topic — Thursday, April 29, 2021 — 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM — Virtual Session, Room APS-12
Respiration Section — Chair: Jennifer Trittmann — Co-Chair: Larissa Shimoda

Dysfunction of the pulmonary endothelium can drive the pathobiology of multiple acute and chronic lung diseases.  This Featured Topic will incorporate studies of pulmonary endothelial physiology and pathobiology, with the flexibilty to incorporate emerging studies of the effects of SARS-CoV-2 on endothelial death and microvascular thrombosis.
